Meet Frank a super cute very funny playful teacup Chihuahua. Frank will be in the 6 to 7 pound range fully grown. He came from a litter of six. His owner passed away and I was brought the puppy when they were just a few days old. They have just turned nine weeks old and now are ready for a new family.
